Lake Forest, IL, Jan 16, 2023 — PepperBall®, a world leader in non-lethal solutions for law enforcement, has introduced the PepperBall VKS PRO™ carbine. The new VKS PRO is the ultimate multi-payload, long-range, semi-automatic launcher with adjustable kinetics and upgraded options. Mirroring the AR-15 platform, this effective non-lethal solution is exceptionally accurate, easy to handle and a solid option for both daily patrol and crowd control.

Effective at up to 150 feet, the VKS PRO offers many new features, driven by real-world input from law enforcement officers worldwide.

The VKS PRO offers:

  • Dual Feed with Twist Lock Barrel Technology to easily switch from magazine to hopper fed on the fly
  • Dual Air Source allowing users to choose either 88g disposable cartridges or an HPA bottle butt-stock 13ci tank or remote airline to tank of choice
  • Adjustable Folding Foregrip; this new feature brings improved precision in high stress deployment situations
  • 14-inch Micro-honed Barrel that is designed to accurately shoot both PepperBall Round and VXR Projectiles

In addition, the VKS Pro has no recoil, a M-LOCK hand guard that is lightweight and robust enough to handle performance accessories and an ambidextrous quick disconnect, which allows for a wide range of motion, enabling true ambidextrous launcher handling for both left and right-handed users.

The VKS PRO is also available with enhanced accessory options. The PepperBall VKS PRO PLUS offers a 15 cubic inch 4500psi capacity Carbon Fiber Tank that is 15% lighter than the aluminum version and gives 33% more shots per fill, and a hard anodized removable Red Dot Sight that is shock, impact, fog, water, and vibration resistant.
