SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PEPPERBALL ALERTS)

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the PepperBall Alerts text messaging program operated by United Tactical Systems, LLC (“PepperBall,” “UTS,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in — for example, by checking the consent box on our text alerts sign-up form or on one of our contact, demo or quote request forms — you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Program name and brand. The program is PepperBall Alerts, offered by PepperBall (United Tactical Systems, LLC).

Types of messages and their purpose. If you opt in, PepperBall will send you recurring automated marketing and customer care text messages (SMS/MMS). These messages may include promotional offers and discounts, new product announcements and restock alerts, order confirmation and shipping updates, training course and event information, and one-to-one replies from a PepperBall sales or support representative regarding a quote, order or question you have raised. The purpose of the program is to keep customers informed about PepperBall products, orders and training, and to let customers reach a PepperBall representative by text.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from PepperBall.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. PepperBall does not charge you for participating in this program, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply to messages you send and receive. Please contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

How to opt out (STOP). You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will receive no further messages from that program. If you want to rejoin later, simply sign up again at pepperball.com/sms-alerts.

How to get help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, and we will respond with program information and contact details.

Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not parties to these terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you stop using that mobile number.

Delivery. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by PepperBall.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing and disclosure described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Changes. We may modify or cancel the PepperBall Alerts program or these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
